Job summary

Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. is seeking a Lead Salesforce Technical Architect to guide a mission-critical Salesforce environment.

You will collaborate with government stakeholders, engineers, security teams, and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions. This hybrid direct-hire role focuses on establishing enterprise architecture standards, driving digital transformation, and providing technical leadership across Salesforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, Salesforce architecture, or enterprise CRM environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce implementation, administration, development, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms and integration patterns.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, upgrade-friendly solutions that minimize technical debt.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Salesforce platform architecture, technical standards, integration patterns, governance frameworks, and platform roadmaps.
• Lead architecture decisions related to CRM, engagement, workflow automation, reporting, and enterprise integrations.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions while partnering with cybersecurity, data, and operations teams.
• Develop reusable solution patterns, automation strategies, and runbooks to improve sustainability and reduce technical debt.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across configuration, development, integrations, security, and performance.
