Job summary

CapTech Consulting is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead cross‑functional teams on client projects in the United States. You will design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions, guide architectural decisions, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

Senior Salesforce architect with hands-on experience across SDLC.
Ability to design and optimize complex business processes and integrate systems.
Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and multiple Salesforce clouds.
Delivery experience at scale for mid-to-large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Salesforce projects across SDLC using Agile methods.
Architect and deliver Salesforce implementations with custom development, integrations, and data migration.
Design enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Define environment strategy, release management, and DevOps processes.
Mentor architects and developers through architecture reviews and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution design and estimation.
