Job summary

Affirm is hiring for a technical leadership role on the Revenue Team, focusing on Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM systems. You will define designs, govern integrations with Workato, and drive large, multi-quarter initiatives from architecture through delivery.

Lead and mentor engineers, align pricing and contract data models, and partner with Engineering, Legal, and Finance to ensure scalable, compliant revenue workflows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree or experience.
• Expert-level Salesforce.com experience (5+ years).
• 5+ years Apex/Lightning Web Components/Flow development.

Responsibilities

• Define and review technical designs for custom development and migrations.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and recommend adoption paths.
• Design, build, and govern Salesforce integrations using Workato and lead end-to-end initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to gather requirements and communicate clearly.
• Mentor Salesforce engineers and provide architecture guidance.
