Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect on the Revenue team. You will define designs for integrations, lead multi-quarter Salesforce initiatives, and guide cross-functional stakeholders.

The role emphasizes CPQ governance, data models, and scalable solutions across CRM, CLM, and data platforms. Expect rigorous technical leadership, collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Revenue teams, and mentorship of engineers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level Salesforce.com with 5+ years in complex enterprise orgs.
• 4+ years Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
• 2+ years building/integrating with Workato or comparable iPaaS tools.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tooling including Gearset and SF DX/Git workflows.
• Familiarity with Agentforce and Einstein AI in Revenue workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business stakeholders.
• Ability to build trust across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Revenue teams.
• Clay data enrichment and GTM workflow automation familiarity preferred.
• Core Pardot experience.
• 5+ years Salesforce CPQ expertise.
• 2+ years Ironclad CLM administration or CLM certification.
• Salesforce Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I/II and CPQ Specialist certs.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Define and review technical designs for custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and recommend adoption paths with measurable value.
• Design, build, and govern Salesforce integrations using Workato, managing end-to-end initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to gather requirements and communicate clearly.
• Mentor Salesforce engineers with architecture guidance and paired programming.
• Set strategic direction for Salesforce, Ironclad, and adjacent Revenue systems.
• Own end-to-end architecture and governance of CPQ and cross-system CLM strategies.
