Job summary

Affirm is a remote‑first company reimagining credit and payments, seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead end‑to‑end architecture for CPQ, CLM, and related Revenue systems. You will own cross‑system integration design, advise on Salesforce capabilities, and mentor engineers across a broad set of Commerce and Revenue workflows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree or experience.
• 5+ years in complex Salesforce environments.
• Experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
• 2+ years building integrations with iPaaS tools like Workato.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling and CI/CD workflows.
• CPQ, CLM, and Pardot experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate technical work for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and review technical designs for custom development and data migrations.
• Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems.
• Drive end-to-end ERP/CRM initiatives with solution architecture accountability.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to gather requirements.
• Mentor Salesforce engineers and provide architecture guidance.
• Set strategic direction for Salesforce, CLM, and adjacent Revenue systems.
• Own CPQ governance and cross-system contract lifecycle strategy.
