Job summary

Affirm seeks a senior Salesforce Architect to define and govern multi‑system integrations, CPQ governance, and data architecture for revenue operations. You will drive end‑to‑end solution design, mentor engineers, and partner with Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to align pricing, CLM, and data platforms.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, continuous evaluation of Salesforce capabilities, and scalable architecture to support remote‑first operations across the U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4‑year degree or experience.
• 5+ years in complex Salesforce environments.
• 4+ years Apex/LWC/Flow development.
• 2+ years building integrations with iPaaS tools like Workato.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Gearset, DX, Git).
• Familiarity with Einstein AI and Agentforce capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder updates.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Revenue teams.
• Experience with data enrichment and GTM automation platforms is a plus.
• Salesforce CPQ expertise and Ironclad CLM familiarity are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and review technical designs for integrations and data migrations.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and propose adoption paths delivering business value.
• Design and govern integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress.
• Mentor Salesforce engineers and provide architecture guidance.
• Set strategic direction for Salesforce, Ironclad, and adjacent Revenue systems.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture for CPQ and contract lifecycle alignment.
