Job summary

Affirm is reinventing credit and is a remote-first company with most roles conducted nationwide. We seek a senior Salesforce Architect to define designs, drive complex integrations, and lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Legal and Operations.

You will mentor engineers, shape CPQ/CLM strategies, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions across Revenue systems. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree.
• Expert-level Salesforce.com (5+ years in complex enterprise orgs).
• 5+ years Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
• 2+ years integrating with Workato or similar iPaaS tools (recipe design, error handling, docs).
• Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Gearset, Salesforce DX, Git).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI.
• Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, Ironclad CLM experience.
• AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and review technical designs for custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities (Flow, Agentforce, Einstein AI) and propose adoption paths with business value.
• Design, build, and govern Salesforce integrations using Workato; drive multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Legal, Operations to gather requirements and communicate across audiences.
• Mentor Salesforce engineers; provide architecture guidance and document learnings.
• Set strategic direction for optimizing Salesforce, Ironclad, and adjacent Revenue systems.
• Own end-to-end architecture and governance of CPQ, CLM, and related cross-system data models.
