Job summary

The State of Maryland seeks two Senior Salesforce Developers for its Maryland Insurance Administration in Baltimore City or hybrid work arrangement. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable MIS and Salesforce solutions, leading across Core Salesforce, OmniStudio, MuleSoft, and BI tools while aligning with enterprise architecture and agile delivery.

Minimum seven years in software design and development with Salesforce focus; strong communication with stakeholders and deployment expertise

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining software.
• Substitutions may include a high school diploma with 30 college credits in IT for four years of experience.
• Alternate path: Bachelor's degree in IT-related field plus three years of relevant experience.
• US citizenship or eligibility may be required for contract work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable MIS, ITS, and Salesforce solutions.
• Lead technical efforts across Salesforce Core, OmniStudio, MuleSoft, Box, Power BI/Tableau.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and agile delivery practices.
• Oversee deployment, release management, and SDLC & QA processes.
• Engage stakeholders and perform business analysis for improvements.
