State of Maryland's Maryland Insurance Administration seeks a Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst to oversee QA across the Salesforce platform and MuleSoft integrations. The role focuses on end-to-end testing strategies, automation, and data integrity to support regulatory operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce testing experience, MuleSoft API validation, and a passion for automation within a government environment. Hybrid work arrangements are available in Baltimore.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining software.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for Salesforce functionality and MuleSoft integratons.
• Validate REST/SOAP APIs, data mappings, and transformations via MuleSoft.
• Build and maintain automated testing suites for Salesforce and integration endpoints.
• Verify data migrations and data integrity across systems connected by MuleSoft.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers and analysts to reproduce edge cases.
• Participate actively in Agile sprint planning and stand-ups.
