Job summary

State of Maryland's Maryland Insurance Administration seeks a Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst to ensure QA of the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem and MuleSoft integrations. The role focuses on end-to-end testing, data integrity, and automation across CRM and API layers.

The ideal candidate has several years of Salesforce testing experience and a passion for automation, working in a hybrid Baltimore setting.

Qualifications

Seven years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining application, communication, database or operating systems software.
Experience with Salesforce testing and MuleSoft API validation is preferred.
Knowledge of automation, Agile processes, and data validation across CRM and middleware.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Test Strategy: Define, design, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering Salesforce functionality, UI, flows, and MuleSoft integrations.
MuleSoft & API Testing: Validate REST/SOAP APIs and data mappings through MuleSoft using Postman/SoapUI/Anypoint Studio.
Regression & Automation: Build and maintain manual and automated test suites for Salesforce and integrations.
Data Validation: Verify data migrations and synchronization between Salesforce and connected systems via MuleSoft.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects with QA and dev teams.
Agile Participation: Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and daily stand-ups.
