Job summary

Software Technology Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys Cloud CX to support an enterprise CRM and contact-center transformation initiative.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce development, enterprise architecture, integration knowledge, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce architecture experience and successful delivery of

Qualifications

10 years of professional experience on the Salesforce platform.
Minimum 3 years in Salesforce Architecture or Technical Architect role.
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage.
Strong background implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Experience designing large-scale, enterprise CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, integrations, and performance.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
Experience with enterprise application modernization and contact-center transformation.
Previous Genesys experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture based on requirements.
Design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
Establish architectural standards, governance, and Salesforce development best practices.
Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, governance sessions.
Produce High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation.
Conduct architecture, code, security, and integration reviews.
Identify opportunities to modernize Salesforce implementations and enterprise apps.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
