Job summary

You will define architecture, drive governance, produce high- and low-level designs, and oversee secure, scalable integrations across platforms, collaborating with stakeholders and delivering technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with Salesforce; 3+ years in architecture role.
• Hands-on experience integrating with Genesys Cloud CX or Engage.
• Strong background in Service Cloud and large-scale CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture based on business and technical requirements.
• Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, and governance sessions.
• Produce HLD/LLD documentation and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Genesys: Cloud CX, Open CTI, IVR, ACD, integrations.
• Enterprise integration, security, and performance optimization.
