Qualifications

• Design and architect Genesys Cloud contact center solutions with high availability and scalability.
• Strong experience with Genesys Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV), CRM integrations, APIs, and telephony.
• Develop AI, bots, automation, IVR, and workflow solutions within Genesys Cloud.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud Architect, Architect flows, Data Actions, integrations, and platform governance.
• Provide technical leadership for developers, administrators, and IVR teams.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, cloud architecture, and Agile delivery.
