Job summary

Vaisesika seeks a seasoned Genesys Cloud Architect to lead a Cloud migration and integration project. You will gather requirements, design and implement voice solutions in Genesys Cloud, document call flows, and integrate Salesforce for call-to-case and email-to-case processes.

You will also build custom APIs for Salesforce integration and troubleshoot complex issues, delivering under tight timelines while ensuring data integrity and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience architecting Genesys Cloud solutions.
• 3+ years API integration and custom development.
• 5+ years with CX Cloud for Salesforce and CTI Connector products.
• 5+ years of experience with screen-pop functionalities.
• 5+ years of experience with out-of-box and custom analytics capabilities.
• 5+ years of experience with Workforce Management.
• Ability to deliver the project under tight timelines.
