Job summary
CapTech is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will manage architectural scope, oversee integrations, and drive DevOps and release management for enterprise deployments.
You will mentor architects and developers, contribute to architectural standards, and participate in pre-sales activities to scope solutions for diverse clients.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to design and optimize complex business processes and integrate systems across distributed enterprise environments.
- Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of overall technical development experience.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce implementations including custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Design enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Define environment strategy, release management, and DevOps aligned with enterprise delivery standards.
- Mentor architects and developers through architecture reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in technical pre-sales activities and solution design for prospective clients.
