CapTech is a technology consulting firm focused on helping clients achieve business objectives through innovative technology solutions. CapTech Denver seeks experienced Salesforce/Customer 360 developers to lead design, integration, and data-migration efforts on client projects.

You will collaborate across teams on large-scale systems, provide expert guidance, and help shape technical delivery in a fast-growing practice with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
• Client-ready written and oral communications skills.
• Minimum 2 Years of Salesforce/Customer 360 platform experience.
• Minimum 4 Years of relevant technical development experience.
• Strong background in design/development of large internet or client-server systems or complete software product lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, database designing, and the SDLC.
• Extensive experience in VB, COM, COM+, MSMQ, VB.NET, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, Web services and SOAP, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full SDLC leveraging Agile methodology.
• Manage technical scope and client expectations.
• Lead technical design sessions and architect and document solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration in Salesforce implementations.
• Provide hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues.
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership.
