Job summary

CapTech Consulting is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will guide complex integrations, data migrations, and custom development while aligning technical work with client business goals and milestones.

You will mentor architects and developers, participate in pre‑sales activities, and help shape environment strategy, release management, and DevOps

Qualifications

Proven ability to design and optimize complex business processes and integrate systems across distributed enterprise environments.
Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum3+ yearsof Salesforce platform experience.
Minimum5+ yearsof overall technical development experience.
Strong architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and SDLC best practices.
Experience implementing Salesforce solutions at scale for mid-to-large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical architecture and delivery of Salesforce implementations across the full SDLC.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor, managing architectural scope and aligning solutions with business goals.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, setting clear expectations.
