Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Salesforce-focused Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

You will partner with clients to design architectures, drive SDLC practices, and guide cross-functional teams while mentoring junior staff. The role emphasizes client-facing communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on development with Salesforce tools.

Qualifications

Design and optimize complex business processes across distributed environments.
Strong client-facing written and verbal communication.
Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
Minimum 5+ years of overall technical development experience.
Strong architectural and hands-on Salesforce experience including Apex, Flows, LWC, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and SDLC best practices.
Experience implementing Salesforce at scale for mid- to large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients on cross-functional projects to deliver Salesforce solutions across SDLC.
Lead architectural scope and ensure alignment with business goals.
Communicate with stakeholders to set expectations and guide decisions.
Design enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
Define environment strategy, release management, and DevOps processes.
Mentor architects and developers through architecture reviews.
