Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations and architecture, collaborating with clients across the SDLC in Agile contexts. You will drive architectural decisions, align solutions with business outcomes, and mentor teams through delivery cycles.

The role emphasizes hands-on Salesforce expertise, environment strategy, and integration design across multiple clouds. A strong track record in delivering scalable Salesforce programs is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize complex business processes and integrate systems across distributed enterprise environments.
• Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of overall technical development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce: Apex, Flows, LWC, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities, integration patterns, and SDLC best practices.
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions at scale for mid-to-large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across the full SDLC using Agile.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, managing architectural scope while aligning technical solutions with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, setting clear expectations.
• Design enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and managed packages.
• Design and review integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, finance, marketing, identity providers).
• Define and support environment strategy, release management, and DevOps processes aligned with enterprise standards.
• Mentor architects and developers through architecture reviews and communities of practice.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities including solution design, estimations, and delivery scoping.
