Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect in the United States to bridge business needs with technical delivery. You will lead client workshops, shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and help teams apply AI fluency and responsible automation to improve productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, MIS or related field.
• 2–4+ years Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config.
• Experience leading design activities in teams of five or more.
• Facilitation of requirements/design workshops with clients.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, and agile delivery.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce designs across data models, integrations, reporting, security, and UX.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud capabilities.
• Draft prompts, agent rules, grounding strategies, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop review points.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for developers and testers.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to Agile ceremonies and release readiness.
