Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver AI-enabled Salesforce solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable designs, mentor teams, and contribute to agile delivery in a hybrid consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field.
• 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config and customization.
• Experience leading solution design activities in teams of five or more.
• Experience with requirements/workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, and agile methods.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand objectives and adoption goals.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products and integrations.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Draft and test prompt instructions, agent rules, grounding strategies, and escalation paths.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for teams.
• Identify gaps between current and future capabilities and development impact.
• Partner with architects to define specs for custom code, migrations, and PoCs.
• Apply privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout delivery.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and assist in UAT readiness and release prep.
• Mentor analysts by modeling structured problem solving and business-outcome design.
