Job summary

EY is hiring a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and guide teams in AI-enabled workflows, while ensuring governance and security.

You will lead discovery sessions, translate requirements into scalable designs, and collaborate with clients and delivery teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• A four-year bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Typically 2-4+ years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience supporting or leading Salesforce solution design activities with teams.
• Experience facilitating requirements, design, and process workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, and agile delivery.
• Salesforce certification(s) such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultants.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products, data models, and security.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Draft, test, and iterate prompts, agent rules, grounding, and escalation paths.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for developers.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Define technical specifications for custom code, migrations, and proofs-of-concept.
• Apply privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout delivery.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, demos, and UAT readiness.
• Mentor analysts and consultants to improve problem-solving and client communication.
