Job summary

Discord is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to drive architecture, design, and development of Salesforce solutions across Ad Sales. You will partner with Technical PMs and stakeholders to deliver scalable platforms and integrate Salesforce with MuleSoft and other tools.

Lead the Ad Sales roadmap for platform enhancements, oversee 3rd party teams, and ensure ITGC/SOX controls across deployments while maintaining robust DevOps practices and release management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with focus on Sales Cloud.
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in Ad Sales environments.
• Proficient with APEX, LWC, Visualforce and declarative tools.
• Experience architecting REST/SOAP integrations and middleware (MuleSoft).
• Deep SDLC, ITGC, DevOps and CI/CD in Salesforce environments.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira for sprint tracking and Jira Service Manager for incident tracking.
• Knowledge of CPQ, product configuration, pricing rules, and quote templates.
• Experience with Git-based Salesforce workflows (Copado/Gearset/SFDX).
• Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Bulk API).
• Sandbox strategies and release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of Salesforce solutions across Ad Sales (Sales Cloud).
• Own the Ad Sales roadmap and drive delivery of 2026 priorities.
• Lead 3rd party dev teams and MuleSoft integrations.
• Architect Salesforce/middleware integrations via REST/SOAP and MuleSoft.
• Manage AppExchange apps and HubSpot/Asana integrations; ensure ITGC/SOX readiness.
• Identify technical debt and coordinate remediation.
• Own DevOps standards across the team: CI/CD pipelines and SDLC governance.
• Troubleshoot critical issues; provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce platform.
• Maintain platform docs in Google Drive and Confluence.
