Job summary

Discord Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to guide the architecture, design, and development of Salesforce solutions across Ad Sales.

You will drive the Ad Sales roadmap, lead integration projects, and ensure ITGC/SOX readiness while collaborating with Technical PMs and RevOps. You will own DevOps standards, manage multiple integrations (MuleSoft, HubSpot/Asana), and mentor a 3rd party development team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development with Sales Cloud focus.
• Proficient with APEX, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Experience supporting Ad Sales workflows from inception to delivery.
• Proven experience architecting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, ITGC, DevOps, and CI/CD in Salesforce environments.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication ability and teamwork.
• Familiarity with Jira for sprint tracking and incident/change management.
• Experience with version control in Salesforce workflows (Copado/Gearset/SFDX).
• Experience with environment management and data migration tools like Data Loader.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of Salesforce solutions across Ad Sales (Sales Cloud).
• Create and execute the Ad Sales Roadmap; drive delivery of 2026 priority items.
• Lead 3rd party development teams and coordinate with MuleSoft for integrations.
• Architect Salesforce and middleware integrations via REST/SOAP APIs; translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage AppExchange apps and HubSpot/Asana integrations; ensure ITGC and SOX readiness.
• Identify technical debt and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Own end‑to‑end DevOps standards: coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, deployment trackers, SDLC/ITGC compliance.
• Troubleshoot and provide L2/L3 support across Salesforce platform.
• Maintain technical design docs in Google Drive and Confluence.
• Collaborate with Technical PM and RevOps to align solutions with business goals.
