Job summary

Discord seeks a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Ad Sales. You will lead the roadmap, oversee MuleSoft integrations, and coordinate with Technical PM and RevOps to translate business needs into scalable systems.

You’ll manage DevOps standards, software lifecycle governance, and ensure SOX/audit readiness while partnering with cross-functional teams to support ongoing platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development, focusing on Sales Cloud delivery.
• Proficient with APEX, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Experience architecting REST/SOAP integrations and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Strong SDLC, ITGC, and DevOps experience in Salesforce environments.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Jira Service Manager for incidents and changes.
• Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (CPQ, pricing, templates) is a plus.
• Version control with Git and Salesforce pipelines (Copado/Gearset/SFDX).

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of Salesforce solutions across Ad Sales (Sales Cloud).
• Create and execute the Ad Sales Roadmap including platform enhancements and new features.
• Oversee 3rd party development and integrations with MuleSoft and internal teams.
• Architect Salesforce and middleware integrations via REST/SOAP APIs with stakeholders.
• Manage AppExchange apps and HubSpot/Asana integrations and ensure audit readiness.
• Identify technical debt and coordinate remediation efforts across the team.
• Own DevOps standards: CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, and SDLC governance.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce platform incidents and fixes.
• Maintain design docs and platform docs in Drive/Confluence.
