Job summary

Simplus is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will drive architecture decisions and mentor delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, translating requirements into architecture, overseeing integrations (REST/SOAP), data migration strategies, and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years of architecture or technical leadership experience.
• Strong background in enterprise application architecture.
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
• Experience leading distributed development teams.
• Salesforce product areas: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex Development, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML/JSON.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and technical design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture.
• Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Drive architectural decisions balancing scalability, performance, maintainability, and business needs.
• Design and oversee Salesforce integrations with external systems; implement REST and SOAP based integrations.
• Collaborate with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Guide developers on design patterns, security, performance, and governor limits.
• Data migration strategies; mapping, transformation, validation; support deployment planning.
• Act as trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders; present architectural recommendations.
