Job summary

IT Shoulders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Solution Architect to lead architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Community Cloud, Partner Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Revenue Cloud for client implementations in the San Jose area.

You will own end-to-end solution design, oversee integrations using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft or Dell Boomi, guide the technology team, and ensure robust testing, documentation, production support, and project planning

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing Salesforce CRM across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Community Cloud, Partner Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud).
• Experience with Salesforce API integrations and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato).
• Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC and Change Management; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and present pros/cons to stakeholders.
• Define and implement integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware.
• Direct functional testing and QA, ensure smooth deployments without disrupting existing functionality.
• Provide production support and document installation and maintenance procedures.
• Mentor and lead the technology team, multitask across co-located and remote teams.
• Collaborate with Project/Product Managers to define project plans and requirements.
