Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. in Chicago seeks a Salesforce SE to map customer goals to the Salesforce portfolio, deliver compelling demos, and respond to RFPs. Qualifications

B.S. in CS, software engineering, MIS or related field.
3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in nonprofit or software.
Experience in a fast-paced, agile company environment.
Sales experience preferred.
Salesforce Administrator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Discover and analyze customer goals, mapping them to the Salesforce solution portfolio.
Earn the 'technical win' through compelling demos and presentations.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
Research and develop technical Points of View aligned with industry knowledge.
Design innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Present customized, story-driven demos tied to business value using AI tooling.
Build and maintain relationships with the sales team and account contacts.
Feed customer requirements back to product and engineering teams.
Participate in ongoing training and certifications.
Travel domestically up to 20%.
