Job summary

Realtor.com® seeks a Sr. Enterprise Systems Technical Business Analyst to support Salesforce and customer-facing systems across Sales, Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance.

You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, partner with product and engineering teams, and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to implementation. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience with AI-enabled solutions to improve processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role with Salesforce experience.
• Experience in gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled business solutions and Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to translate product vision into system capabilities.
• Analyze business processes and gather requirements to build tools, reports, and processes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery with architects, developers, QA, and users.
• Implement and enable Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related apps.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI within Salesforce and other platforms.
• Coordinate projects and communicate status across business and technology teams.
