Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an autonomous Technical Program Manager / Senior Scrum Master to drive multiple Salesforce-focused initiatives within Customer Success. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to keep delivery on track, manage risks, and ensure accountability across teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires extensive Agile experience, strong communication, and a track record leading cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

5–10 years in Scrum Master, PM, Program PM, or Technical Program Management roles.
Experience supporting Salesforce environments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience working with Jira.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Experience supporting software engineering teams.
Salesforce certifications and PMP are a plus.
Service Cloud experience and Experience Cloud experience.
Salesforce development background and cross-functional delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Support execution of multiple Salesforce-related initiatives.
Track delivery milestones and dependencies.
Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate communication across engineering, product, and business teams.
Create weekly and monthly status reporting for leadership.
Leverage Jira for project tracking, reporting, and delivery visibility.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure teams remain aligned to roadmap and Plan of Record objectives.
Drive accountability without direct authority.
Support multiple concurrent workstreams across Customer Success platforms.
