Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. This role requires strong ownership of project planning, execution, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional coordination, along with the ability to clearly communicate progress and risks to executive leadership.

Duties/Day to Day Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives, from project initiation through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Own project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and timeline management, ensuring delivery on time and within scope and budget.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations, enhancements, integrations, and data-related initiatives.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, proactively driving resolution and escalation when needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution across technical and business workstreams.
• Deliver clear, concise executive-level communications, including status reports, budget updates, roadmap reviews, and risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement by establishing best practices, optimizing delivery processes, and improving execution velocity in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management, with significant experience delivering Salesforce-based initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including integrations and platform enhancements projects.
• Proven success leading large-scale, high-intensity projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and experience managing Agile delivery teams.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and complex timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior leadership.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
