You will coach teams in Agile Scrum, drive backlog management, and coordinate across functions to ensure timely value delivery. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years leading cross-functional projects, Salesforce experience, and Scrum certifications; proficiency in JIRA is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects following Agile Scrum.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / CSP / CSPO, PMP a plus.
Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud experience.
Expertise in using JIRA to manage project artifacts.

Responsibilities

Guide and coach scrum methodologies and assist the team in Scrum/Agile principles to drive process improvement.
Work with teams to deliver value and manage backlog, adding stories as appropriate.
Identify impediments and resolve them via Scrum of Scrums and escalation when needed.
Lead multiple, fast-paced projects with distributed teams.
Manage release, communication, risks, and issues plans.
Assist product owner in scope management and changes.
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting metrics for transparency and timely delivery.
Report metrics to stakeholders to support informed decisions.
Document and execute continuous improvement plans from retrospectives.
