Job summary

Blue5Green seeks a Project Manager to drive end-to-end Salesforce delivery and transformation initiatives. You will interface with business and technology stakeholders, guiding scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance to achieve predictable outcomes.

Exceptional communication and executive presence are essential. You will lead Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage offshore partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and security

Qualifications

Experience delivering Salesforce/CRM projects at enterprise scale.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
Proven stakeholder management, executive comms, governance and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

Own delivery from initiation to production stabilization.
Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance cadence.
Lead Agile ceremonies and backlog coordination.
Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Architects and developers.
Manage distributed teams and offshore partners.
Provide executive communication on health, risks and decisions.
Drive dependency management and removal of blockers.
Coordinate UAT, release planning and production cutover.
Ensure quality, security and change-management standards.
Communicate scope changes and impacts clearly.
