Job summary

MathCo is seeking an Engagement Manager, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist to lead designs, builds, and optimization of autonomous AI agents within Salesforce. You will bridge business Leaders, Salesforce teams, and partners to align solutions with objectives and measurable impact.

The role requires 5+ years in Salesforce consulting or data strategy, hands-on work with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and CRM Analytics, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or enterprise data strategy.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Builder, custom topics, actions, and agent testing.
• Direct experience building or managing Salesforce Agentforce agents.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data governance, and integration best practices.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders using data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead AI strategy discussions aligned with business objectives and client expectations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, set expectations, and drive adoption of Salesforce Agentforce AI & Data Cloud capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data, Salesforce and other teams to design and implement Agentforce solutions that meet client needs.
• Map workflows to identify where autonomous AI agents add value.
• Configure Agentforce templates, build prompt structures, and define action management workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants and AI engineers to deliver analytics-driven cloud solutions.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce Data Cloud advancements and AI-driven analytics.
