Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of Agentforce-powered experiences. You will collaborate with AI professionals to craft scalable, high-value solutions for clients, guiding architecture and execution across the project lifecycle.

You will engage with customers, project managers, and developers to translate business needs into robust Salesforce-based architectures, while staying current with evolving Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of application and software development experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end web development principles.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical details.
• Experience with source control and branching/pull requests strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the technical solution design for Agentforce-focused projects.
• Deep dive into Agentforce capabilities to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers, PMs, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate requirements into solutions.
• Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Stay current with Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
