Job summary

Ampcus, Inc. is hiring a Salesforce AI Agentforce Developer with 5-8 years of development experience to design, build, and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents using Agentforce, Apex, LWC, and Data Cloud.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven workflows, ensure security and governance, and contribute to CI/CD using Salesforce DX and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and related tools.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce cloud modules.
• Experience designing autonomous AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Configure Agent Builder, Topics, Instructions, Actions, Guardrails, and Agent Scripts.
• Develop custom Agent Actions using Apex, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
• Build conversational AI solutions for Sales, Service, Marketing, and Support use cases.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for contextual grounding and intelligent decision‑making.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Platform Events.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI‑driven workflows.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, governance, and performance optimization.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Support CI/CD implementation using Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps tools.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to AI adoption initiatives.
