Western Governors University seeks a Salesforce Administrator II to lead ongoing development and support of our Salesforce platform and related integrations. You will design scalable solutions, maintain data quality, and automate processes across teams, aiming to improve efficiency and user experience for students and staff.

Required: 4+ years as Salesforce Administrator/Developer, ADM-201 certification, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
4+ years as Salesforce Administrator/Developer.
ADM-201 certification required; ADM-211 preferred.
Experience with ECS or related platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions; troubleshoot access issues.
Ensure data integrity through audits, deduplication, and validation rules; perform imports/exports using Data Loader.
Implement and maintain security measures, including field-level security and sharing rules.
Build and optimize reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
Design and deploy process automation using Flow and Process Builder.
Support release management activities, including sandbox refreshes, testing, and deployment coordination.
