Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration in a complex, enterprise environment.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security model, automation, reporting, and data management.
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce integrations and data synchronization processes.
• Strong CRM governance and data stewardship practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, including user management, security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, record types, flows, and other declarative solutions.
• Design, build, and optimize business process automation using Salesforce Flow and other low-code tools.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for actionable insights.
• Manage data quality through governance, deduplication, and data imports.
• Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party apps.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and release management for enhancements.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features, including Einstein and AI capabilities.
• Develop user documentation and training materials to drive adoption.
• Monitor system performance and provide advanced user support.
