Elliott Group is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our Salesforce platform for NA and global services. You will drive automation, governance, and data integrity across multiple business units while partnering with IT and leadership to balance priorities.

The role requires 6+ years of enterprise Salesforce experience, strong communication, and deep knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, and integration concepts. Remote-friendly with headquarters in the US.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical work experience.
• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on enterprise Salesforce administration experience, preferably global manufacturing, aftermarket service, or complex supply-chain environment.
• Automation Depth: Expert-level mastery of Salesforce Flow Builder and declarative process automation.
• Cloud Architecture: Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models, object behaviors, and security architecture.
• Governance: Experience with IT governance including change and release management, sandbox strategy, and security reviews.
• Multi-Group Support: Experience supporting multiple business units on a shared org.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical trade-offs to business leaders, users, and IT.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator; preferred: Platform Administrator II; plus: CPQ / Revenue Cloud credentials.
• Sales baseline: Salesforce, CPQ, or similar in sales environments.
• Field Service: Experience with Field Service or aftermarket service processes.
• Programmatic Elements: Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or LWC.
• Integration Concepts: APIs, MuleSoft or Boomi, Data Loader.
• Analytics Platforms: Tableau or Power BI integration.

Aufgaben

• Own Salesforce platform for NA and GS/ES ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Design advanced Flow automations, custom objects, validation rules, and scalable data models.
• Manage GTM and operational features like account management, pipeline, quotes, and service processes.
• Maintain standards, naming conventions, and a debt log; favor declarative solutions.
• Lead governance forum to prioritize backlog equitably across units.
• Coordinate IT reviews for modifications impacting integrations and security.
