Job summary

The Salesforce Administrator role is a business-owned position based in New Apparatus (NA) and is the day-to-day owner of Ebara Elliott Energy’s Salesforce platform for North America and Global Services. Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on enterprise Salesforce administration experience
• Experience with governance, sandbox strategy, and security reviews
• Expert-level mastery of Salesforce Flow Builder and declarative automation
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models and security
• Experience supporting multiple business units on a shared org
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to business leaders and users

Responsibilities

• Design advanced Flow automations and scalable data models for NA and GS/ES
• Manage core GTM and operational features (accounts, pipeline, quotes, contracts)
• Maintain configuration standards and a debt log; avoid direct production changes
• Maintain a single backlog for requests across business units
• Partner with IT for integrations, data governance, and security
• Oversee data hygiene and reporting for dashboards and analytics
• Lead large-scale enhancements, upgrades, or changeovers
• Provide user coaching and system documentation
• Coordinate licensing with IT and procurement
