Job summary

FranklinCovey is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to influence global Salesforce implementation and revenue-driving solutions. You will partner with Central Operations to translate sales, marketing, and finance priorities into scalable Salesforce workflows for a 700-user org.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, Flow automation experience, and strong data-quality skills. Remote work is available across the contiguous US with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience building Flow automation (record-triggered, screen, scheduled).
• Proficient in SOQL and Apex basics for customization.
• Strong data quality and data-cleanup capabilities.
• Ability to gather requirements from VP-level stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise data tools like Data Loader.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, Flow automation, and sharing rules.
• Run day-to-day Salesforce operations: user management, objects, fields, layouts.
• Manage a 700-user org with permission sets and role hierarchy.
• Identify and implement new Salesforce features for evolving needs.
• Document technical requirements and change-control documentation.
• Translate business goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues and train users.
• Audit the implementation and enforce data retention policies.
• Support integrations with Conga, Marketo, HubSpot, ERP, and Jira.
• Lead user enablement and adoption across distributed users.
