Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy seeks a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize the Salesforce platform for North America and Global Services. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions while maintaining enterprise standards across security, data, and change management.

Lead governance, support multiple business units, and collaborate with IT on integrations and deployments. Strong Flow, Sales/Service Cloud expertise and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent practical work experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on enterprise Salesforce administration experience.
• Expert-level mastery of Salesforce Flow Builder and declarative process automation.
• Deep foundational knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models and security.
• Proven IT governance experience (change, release management, sandbox strategy, security reviews).
• Experience supporting multiple business units on a shared Salesforce org.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly to business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Platform ownership for NA and GS/ES Salesforce, balancing priorities and ensuring enterprise standards.
• Design advanced Flow automations, validation rules, and scalable data models.
• Manage GTM and operational features across regions and business units.
• Maintain security model, access controls, and data hygiene in Salesforce.
• Lead governance forums, change gates, and liaison with IT for deployments.
• Coordinate with IT for integrations, ERP/CPQ connections, and data governance.
• Provide user coaching, documentation, and mentorship to junior admins.
