The Salesforce Administrator at Ebara Elliott Energy leads the global Salesforce platform for North America and Global Services, turning business needs into scalable solutions while aligning with IT security, data, and change management standards.

Responsibilities include governance, deployments, data hygiene, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance to maintain a reliable, compliant org across NA and GS/ES.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on enterprise Salesforce administration experience.
• Expert-level mastery of Salesforce Flow Builder and declarative automation.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models and security.
• Experience with IT governance, sandbox strategy, and security reviews.
• Experience supporting multiple business units on a shared Salesforce org.
• Ability to explain trade-offs to business leaders and IT.
• Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (formerly Administrator).
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II (formerly Advanced Administrator).
• Pluses: Platform App Builder, Agentforce Specialist, architect-track certifications, or CPQ / Revenue Cloud credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce governance forum with NA, GS/ES and IT leadership.
• Coordinate IT reviews before modifications affecting integration or security.
• Oversee deployments using Salesforce DevOps Center or GitHub.
• Ensure data integrity, backups, and compliance with retention policies.
• Provide SF mentorship and user coaching.
