First Advantage seeks a skilled Salesforce Administrator/Senior Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and implement automation across the system.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and end-user training while supporting North American operations in EST/ET hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience for Senior level.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Reports & Dashboards, Security & Permissions.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Configure custom objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules.
• Build and maintain Flows, approval processes, and automation.
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
