SmithRx, a fast-growing Health-Tech company, seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator to optimize processes and support integrations across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and more. You will implement scalable solutions, automate workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have extensive Salesforce experience, strong coding familiarity with Flow and Apex, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience.
5+ years of Salesforce admin, config, automation and integrations.
Experience with security models and data governance.
Salesforce certifications: Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant.
Ability to read and troubleshoot code for integrations.

Responsibilities

Manage advanced Salesforce configurations, security settings, and user roles.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions with custom objects and declarative automation.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Product/Engg, and support teams to identify automation opportunities.
Oversee third-party integrations, API configurations and middleware solutions.
Support minor development efforts, including Apex triggers and process automation.
Assist with data governance, deduplication and compliance.
Develop advanced reports, dashboards and analytics for insights.
Support release management and deployment cycles.
