Job summary

Foundation Software is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across our organization in Northeast Ohio. This hands-on role collaborates with teammates to deliver reliable, maintainable systems and strong data integrity.

You'll lead automation using Flow, manage integrations, and mentor other admins while balancing project work with ongoing production support.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Advanced experience with Salesforce Flow and complex declarative automation.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, platform capabilities, governor limits, and declarative architecture.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, including permission sets, profiles, roles, sharing, object-level security, and field-level security.
Experience designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business processes.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and external systems.
Experience managing changes across Salesforce sandbox and production environments.
Strong Salesforce data-management and data-quality skills.
Ability to analyze business requirements and identify technical considerations, dependencies, and potential downstream impacts.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance project work, enhancements, and operational support in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and support scalable Salesforce solutions.
Configure, test, deploy, and support solutions for Salesforce projects, enhancements, and user stories.
Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues involving automation, security, data, integrations, and platform configuration.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Salesforce administrators.
Document technical solutions and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
