Job summary

Tekshapers Inc. is seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer for a remote, long-term role.

You will lead hands-on development, configuration, and integration across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, building secure, scalable Salesforce solutions with APIs and third-party systems. Responsibilities include Apex, LWCs, Flows, Experience Cloud portals, Agentforce and Data Cloud integrations, and collaboration with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Proven expertise in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Hands-on development with Apex, LWCs, and Flow/automation tools.
Experience building Experience Cloud portals for patients, providers, or partners.
API-based integrations with AWS services and external systems.
Familiarity with AI capabilities in Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWCs, and Flows.
Build Experience Cloud portals for patient, provider, and partner experiences.
Develop Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations.
Configure Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs.
Integrate Salesforce with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice.
Develop API-driven integrations with AWS services and other systems.
Implement secure EHR interoperability using FHIR APIs and HL7 messages.
Collaborate with data teams for real-time analytics in Data Cloud.
Participate in testing, CI/CD, governance, and code quality.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and platform governance.
