You will design scalable solutions, automate workflows with Flow, manage security and data quality, and deliver training to teams while collaborating with vendors to ensure reliable integrations. This fully remote role offers growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including complex Flows and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage Salesforce security architecture and data quality processes.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct, Make.com, FormAssembly, and Apsona.
• Lead training sessions to improve Salesforce adoption across North America.
