Job summary

AutomateNexus seeks a Salesforce Administrator to configure and optimize Salesforce environments for SMB clients. You will handle user setup, security, and tool integrations while building powerful reports and dashboards.

You will implement Flow and automation, manage data quality, and work with marketing, ERP, and accounting tools to connect systems. Remote contract role with client-facing responsibilities and ongoing support.

Qualifications

3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
ADM201 certification required.
Strong proficiency with Flow, reports, dashboards, and declarative automation tools.
Experience with data management, imports, and data quality best practices.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange applications.
Understanding of sales and customer success processes.

Responsibilities

Configure Salesforce orgs including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
Build automation using Flow, Process Builder, and workflow rules.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for client stakeholders.
Manage user setup, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications (marketing automation, ERP, accounting, communication tools).
Connect Salesforce to automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) for cross-system workflows.
Implement data import/export processes and maintain data quality standards.
Build solutions that leverage AI tools for lead scoring, data enrichment, and intelligent routing.
Lead discovery sessions to understand client sales processes and CRM requirements.
Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and present recommendations.
Document, train, and provide post-launch support.
