Job summary

TCP Software in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead modernization of Salesforce, partner with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and InfoSec, and keep daily operations running smoothly for users.

You will migrate to Flow, redesign access, lead data quality, design account hierarchies, and map core processes like lead routing and billing handoffs. You will run integrations, releases, and training to drive adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce administration in a 500+ user org.
Salesforce Administrator certification required.
Ability to read Apex and translate into Flow.
Experience with large-scale data migrations and Data Loader.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, object relationships, security and sharing.

Responsibilities

Migrate legacy automation to Flow and translate Apex logic.
Redesign access via permission sets and sharing model.
Lead data quality work including deduplication and field rationalization.
Design parent-child account hierarchies across sectors.
Map and improve core processes such as account creation, trial-to-paid conversion, lead routing, and billing handoffs.
Coordinate with stakeholders and drive testing and sign-offs.
Govern integrations and integration users with least-privilege access.
Manage releases across sandboxes with testing and rollback plans.
Build reports and dashboards; train users and drive adoption.
Partner with InfoSec on access reviews and data retention.
